Sorted Photos delivers your completed digital files. We do not provide cloud storage, ongoing backup services, or data hosting of any kind. Once your files are delivered, you own them completely — and you are responsible for keeping them safe.

  • Purchase a minimum 1TB external hard drive before your dropoff appointment so you're ready to receive files immediately upon delivery.
  • We recommend maintaining two backup copies — one on your hard drive and one in cloud storage (iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox, or Backblaze).
  • Use our Storage Calculator to estimate exactly how much storage space your project will need.
  • Not sure what drive to buy? We're happy to advise on your intake call.
