Do I need to know exactly how many photos I have?
No — a rough estimate is fine. If you're not sure, measure your stack height in inches. One inch is approximately 100 photos. We'll confirm the exact count together on our follow-up call.
What if I'm not on Oahu?
No problem. Outer island and mainland clients are welcome. For printed photos, you arrange shipping to us in East Honolulu and we ship originals back when the project is complete. For digital photos or slideshows, everything happens via Dropbox — no physical delivery needed.
How soon will you contact me after I submit the form?
We follow up within one business day. We'll call you for a quick 5-minute conversation to confirm your project scope and schedule your dropoff time.
Do I need to purchase an external hard drive before I drop off?
Yes — we recommend having your drive before your dropoff appointment so you're ready to receive your files the moment the project is complete. Use our Storage Calculator to figure out what size you need.
Can I order both scanning and a slideshow at the same time?
Absolutely. Just indicate both on the intake form and we'll discuss the timeline for each. Many clients scan their photos first and then use the digital copies to create a slideshow.
